On the Saturday the week of 4th July each year, the American Armed Forces graciously open their doors to the public for their Independence Day celebrations at the Terror Club ( next to Sembawang Wharves ). It's a great day to chill out with your family and friends with great food, music, games for the kiddies and the dazzling fireworks display to round out the evening just after sunset.

at 8.15am .. hubby went out to nearby "east coast rental car service " .. to collect our 2 day rented Car . We rented car for 2 days only as these 2 days ..we are going to places where there's No "public buses " or "shuttle bus " available ......

Very beautiful scenery .... we went to SpringBrook National Park ( http://www.queenslandholidays.com.au/things-to-see-and-do/natural-bridge-springbrook-national-park/index.cfm )

we spent abt 3-4 hrs over there... Lots of things to see , n beautiful "Look Out " place to stop........

It definately worth the trip !! & I want To come back here again !! :)))

Our 3 star holiday Apartment ... Not too clean ( the carpet n the windows are dirty n got spiderweb , the bedcover not washed etc etc ) But the view outside is .. Priceless !! :))

Today .. the torch relay came down to the North !! It started at ITE -yishun campus ( 2.30pm ), passes by the Yishun estate , then to Sembawang estate ( around 5.15pm ) and made it way to Singapore Zoo , woodland estate , S'pore Sport school ( 6.50pm ) and ended at 7.30pm at Republic Polytechnic .
